Please allow 5-7 business days for processing during the Holiday season. With unknown supply chain and shipping delays, please be mindful of delays before contacting the postal carrier. 

How long before I can receive my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order. The majority of our items are made fresh so as not to compromise the all-natural ingredients. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

What carrier do you use?

Trinity Noire’ is currently sent through USPS. We are constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking numbers will be sent automatically once your order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account if you created one.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00

Please note: shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based determined by USPS.
